winds of change: Ayurvedic practices for fall

join us for an afternoon immersed in Ayurveda, the Mother of Medicine.

The Ayurvedic lifestyle teaches us practical methods for preventing imbalance, mitigating stress and enhancing the immune system.

This comprehensive workshop will focus on the fundamental guidelines of Ritucharya (seasonal recommendations) and Dinacharya (daily recommendations) for Fall.

Together we will explore the various qualities and expressions of Vayu (wind; air) and Vata (motion) to gain further insight before creating a personalized plan to support you throughout the season.

The workshop will conclude with a deeply nourishing restorative practice, to still the winds and welcome change.

fall Meditation Series

Through guided mindfulness practices and gentle breathing techniques, immerse yourself in a tranquil atmosphere to create space, cultivate clarity and nurture a deeper connection with yourself while in community. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, all are welcome to embark on this journey towards harmony of mind, body and spirit.
